VgaColor is a utility which allows you to modify
the standard color palettes (0-15) to any of the colors
available on a VGA monitor. VgaColor REQUIRES a VGA
color monitor. For Further information, please print
the documentation file (VGACOLOR.DOC). There are 22 pages
of documentation which describe VgaColor in further detail.
If you find VgaColor useful, please register yourself with
DigiTec. For your convenience, we have provided a simple
form on the distribution disk, "REGISTER.YOU". Simply
print this file, fill out all appropriate information and
mail to:
DigiTec Software, Ltd.
P.O. Box 9247
Salt Lake City, Utah 84109
The registration fee is $20.00.
We have also included a sample .BAT file on the distribution
disk which demonstrates the command-line option of VgaColor.
This .BAT file, "VGASAMP.BAT", will initiate a Magenta
background with a high-intensity Cyan foreground and load
a saved color file description (created by VgaColor) to modify
these two colors to a Sea-Green-like background with a light
Yellow foreground. To run, simply type VGASAMP.
ANSI.SYS must be installed when using SETBF.EXE, our program
which lets you change the DOS foreground and background
colors. The VgaColor system does not require ANSI.SYS.
We hope you enjoy VgaColor and find it useful. If you have
any questions or comments, please forward them to the address
listed above.
Thank you,
DigiTec Software, Ltd.
